Tempting Thailand in Venture Magazine
"Ahhh. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of waking up, rolling out of bed, powering up the laptop, and finding that a cover story you wrote for a UK-based travel magazine some eight weeks ago has finally gotten around to publishing its next issue. That feeling is amplified ten-fold, of course, when the issue in question looks as good as this one does.
At any rate, that’s my story on the cover of Venture, a publication that is apparently mailed to serious European travellers continent-wide by a tour company known as Kumuka. The idea, as far as I understand it, is that after a potential customer reads a story about a travel writer’s trip to, say, Vietnam, this person will hopefully be convinced that she, too, needs to experience some of the same things in the same place..." read more >

Hello Kumuka Folks!
"Just thought I'd say hi and give you some kudos for all you are doing free our trapped souls. I'm loving Venture travel magazine. Truly inspirational. I also especially enjoyed the travel tips offered in the latest version of the online newsletter. I couldn't agree more.
I was born to travel, although have done it a little differently than the typical sort of trip that Kumuka offers. I spent 10-years travelling the world before I returned to Australia last year. I am now starting to feel those feet starting to itch again and am truly being inspired by your articles, tips, travel ideas and conversations with your tour leaders.
Keep up the good work!"
